Exchanges and Returns
Purchases at regular price may be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the order date, but must be unworn and in the original carton. Any purchase made via the Web resulting in a return or exchange may be done so through the Web only; Arche stores will not accept returns or exchanges of Web purchases.
All returned merchandise should be shipped to the address specified on the packing slip included with the package you receive from Arche.
SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND MAY BE EXCEPTIONALLY RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OF SIZE ONLY. SALE PURCHASES BEING EXCHANGED FOR SIZE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE ORDER DATE.

Collection of Your Personal Information

We may include Web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or our newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.
Merchandise Repair Policy
For a period of 90 days after the date of your online or Arche store purchase, we will repair any item with a manufacturing defect in materials and/ or workmanship (such as broken hardware). Obtaining original parts and accessories for your product may take additional time.
Any issues that are a result of damage or normal wear and tear (such as dirt, scuff marks or scratches) cannot be accommodated including the following:
- Material failure caused by excessive wear, unreasonable use, exposure to caustic chemicals, extreme heat, alterations, or abnormal wear related to occupation.
- Leather and latex not properly treated to keep from drying out.
- Normal wear of soles or sole components due to individual wear patterns, or heavy wear associated with occupation.
- Inadequate fit.
We do not reimburse the cost of shipping the item to Arche.
You may send your item to our corporate office; address available upon request.
Repairs can take up to 4 weeks for completion upon agreement of repair fee.
Arche does not handle repairs for purchase made anywhere other than Arche-shoes.com or an Arche boutique. Please contact the original store of purchase for assistance.
